End to End Quality Control
To ensure that the vehicles you buy from us are always of the best quality, we enforce a stringent quality control process that starts from the very beginning – from the moment we purchase the vehicle in Japan up to delivery or the moment you receive the car. We call it our e2e Quality Control System or e2e.
e2e is an intensive quality control system comprised of vehicle history checks, mechanical and structural inspections, compliance, panel and paint when needed and finally, and a full interior and exterior groom on all imported vehicles.
ATNZ has appointed certified technicians and partnered with reputable agencies namely: VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand), and ATNZ Workshop to ensure all vehicles you purchase not only meet NZTA standards, but exceed them. For your added reassurance, the new e2e quality control system partly carries an ISO 17020 certification*.

End to End Quality Control System
This is where you'll know every step of our inspection process, our End to End Quality Control, and our Guarantee and Claims Policy.
Stolen Vehicle Check
You don't have to worry about the risk of buying a stolen vehicle. We make sure that every unit in our inventory has undergone full ownership history checks.
Odometer Certification
Our alliance with Odometer Inspections Services, Ltd. (OIS) provides customers the most complete and competent pre-shipment odometer inspection service available. OIS is a merger of two companies that are founding members of New Zealand's Odometer Code of Practice.
* This means that our vehicle appraisal, odometer certification, structural inspection and pre-quarantine inspection procedures in Japan have been audited by the IANZ (International Accreditation New Zealand) and certified by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to ensure safety and reliability.
