• Prices are in NZ$, inclusive of customs clearance, compliance, and General Sales Tax (GST)

• More than 6,000 vehicles are available for purchase on-line.

• Vehicles will only be released upon full payment of invoice. Payment is required within 7 days from date of confirmation.

Negotiation on ATNZ Inventory

• All prices are negotiable. It is done by submitting offers and queries online or contacting your Account Manager (AM) via phone or e-mail. ATNZ 24/7 Customer Service Center can also be reached via e-mail at csc@autoterminal.com , via phone at (09) 257-0070 or using the Live Chat function on the website.

Confidentiality

• ATNZ does not share, sell or reveal any information about its customers to any unassociated organization.

Retention of Title

• No title shall be transferred to you until ATNZ receives all the necessary payments and documents.

Security Agreement

• These terms create a security interest ("security interest" as defined in the Personal Property Securities Act) in the Vehicles. A security interest is taken in all Vehicles previously supplied by ATNZ to the Dealer (if any) and all Vehicles that are supplied by ATNZ to the Dealer in the future.

Penalties and Interest

• ATNZ reserves the right to charge penalties to cover costs and lost revenue resulting from cancellations or transactions that are not followed through or due to untimely payments by customers.

• ATNZ has the right to claim interest at the rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding overdue amount.
