Participation in the AutoTerminal uncomplied auction implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

• All vehicles sold at this auction are uncomplied and therefore are not permitted to be driven on NZ roads
• The purchaser is responsible for arranging all transport and associated costs
• Autoterminal NZ Ltd will not be held liable for any damage caused to vehicles once they have left our premises
• All vehicles sold at this auction must be paid for in full within 2 working days, unless by prior arrangement with the General Manager
• Purchase of either VSS compliance or e2e compliance is optional and may be discussed with your Account Manager. Payment for VSS compliance is to be made direct to VSS. Autoterminal accept no responsibility for any arrangements made with VSS
